Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC

When will I receive my order?
Depending on the location it takes a minimum of 4 to 8 days tentatively for the shipment to be delivered. For early delivery please email or WhatsApp us and we will try to take care of it if feasible.

Which courier services do you use for domestic shipping?
To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship orders PAN India through reputed services like Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart and other options depending on your location. Incase at a particular location if these courier partners are not available, we use India Post.

What are your shipping charges? Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders and 99/- for COD orders.

Will I have to pay for returning the shipment?
For cancellation or return of domestic order, the customer has to bear both the forward and return shipping charges; Bombay Blossom will only refund the product charges to the customer.

Can I modify my order before you dispatch my order?
In case of modifications, kindly call us on 9820860228 and drop us an mail within 2 hours at help.bombayblossom@gmail.com

What if I add wrong address to my order by mistake?
If any product comes back to us due to wrong address as mentioned by you in the order, or if you were not available to receive the order or any other situation arising that results in parcel coming back to us : You will have to pay an additional amount of INR 150 for us to re-ship your order. If you fail to do so, only the product value shall be refunded minus the shipping charge as mentioned in your order summary. If your order was eligible for free delivery, we shall be deducting the actual amount as charged to us by our courier partner.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do accept international orders via PayPal/Razorpay. We charge extra for International shipping.

Which courier services do you use for international shipping? When will I receive my order?
We use Aramex, UPS, DHL express and other reputed services for processing our international orders depending on the location. Delivery time for international orders is 10 - 15 working days tentatively, provided there is no delay due to customs which is beyond our control. Express delivery is available with extra charges, kindly get in touch with us for the same.

Can I cancel my international order?
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled

Can I return my international order?
For return of an international order, the customer has to bear both the forward and return shipping charges, Bombay Blossom will only refund the product charges to the customer.
Any custom duty / local charges has to be borne by the customer. Bombay Blossom will not be liable for such charges. The amount of duties depends on the policies of your destination country. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs
