Refund policy

RETURNS:
All our products are handled & packed with love and care.
As a brand policy we do not accept return of products once sold. Incase there is
any damage in transit; you need to email us the pictures at
thebombayblossom@gmail.com within the first 48 hours of receiving it.

EXCHANGES:
We allow exchanges only if there is a genuine manufacturing defect or the product
was damaged in transit. We request you to share a complete unedited video of
unpacking the shipment.
A pick up will be done from our side and reshipping will be borne by us in this
case. You need to exchange the product from the same category. The product has
to be in unused condition. If found to be used we will strictly not accept it.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 
We accept cancellation of orders only if the order has not been shipped. Please
WhatsApp us at +918355838306 to check if your order has been shipped or not.
No cancellation or exchange will be applicable on discounted products or products
under any special promotion/ sale on Domestic or International orders.
